The pre-registration process (Dec-Jan) has now been closed, over 190 teams have pre-registered. To secure their participation in the event, each Team has now the opportunity to complete the full registration as described bellow.
To ensure a smooth and easy experience for all participants, the registration follows a clear step‑by‑step flow:
1. Team Registration by the Team Delegate
The Team Delegate (or Team Captain) begins the process by registering the team and paying the registration fee.
Once the Team Registration is reviewed and approved by FIBA, the Team Delegate receives a dedicated link to register up to 14 Team Members in total, including:
Players (maximum 12)
Coach / Assistant Coach
Medical or other support staff
2. Team Members Registration
After the Team Delegate has added all names in the system, each Team Member receives an email inviting them to complete their own registration as part of the Team.
3. Registration of Accompanying Guests
Once Team Members are registered, each of them can optionally register Accompanying Guests for the event and pay the related costs individually.

Can independently register their accompanying guests and handle related payments.

These features will be activated progressively in the coming weeks. Each function can be enabled individually, allowing participants to manage their own needs without burdening the Team Delegate or requiring multiple platforms, everything will be centralised in one seamless, user‑friendly system.
